My Leeds teaching studio was established in 2006 and I have been teaching privately and in schools since 1996. I welcome students of all ages and abilities with or without previous musical experience. My only requirement is that my students are as committed to learning as I am to teaching. I offer an initial consultation lesson for £30. This is an opportunity for prospective students to meet me; for experienced cellists to play for me; and to discuss goals and aspirations. This is followed up with a detailed email covering all points discussed during the consultation including advice on instrument purchase if required. Those who commit to lessons will also receive links to any material that needs to be ordered, a standard lesson agreement to sign and confirmation of the agreed lesson slot.
